At Remodeling Masters, we recognize that hiring a remodeling company is VERY intimidating. The professional staff at Remodeling Masters follows a detailed step-by-step production process that eliminates the usual frustrations that can be encountered, allowing you to actually enjoy the remodeling experience.

Our production process is in place to focus on preparation, excellent communication, timeliness and most importantly your total satisfaction with the experience and finished project.

The following is a brief description of the Production Process.

Selection Memo:
Notifies you of all selections that need to be made, includes contact information and instructions regarding our preferred vendors and provides a "completed by" date to allow for an accurate start date

Pre-Construction Conference:
In-home meeting to establish a level of expectations including items like working hours, parking concerns, instructions for pets and any special concerns you may have regarding the project execution. A detailed schedule is provided to you so you may have "peace of mind" by having clear start and completion dates and the ability to follow the progress of work.

Weekly Project Updates:
A simple form that is sent electronically at the end of each week outlining what was completed the past week, what phases will be executed in the coming week, were there any days lost with an explanation and an updated completion date.

Pre-Completion Checklist:
A walk through will be scheduled prior to the project completion. Remodeling Masters will have listed items left to complete and we will add any items that you may identify need attention. This will allow us to complete on the established completion date.
